Introduction To TRE (Tension Release Exercise) With Sally Browder

  • 746 N. GLENDALE AVE, GLENDALE, CA 91206 USA (map)

Join Sally to learn this revolutionary somatic practice that assists the body to literally shake off deep muscular patterns of tension caused by stress and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PHD clinical social worker, TRE safely activates the natural reflex of shaking, rocking and vibration that calms the nervous system and allows the body to experience a state of balance.

TRE emerged out of Dr. Berceli’s ongoing work as a relief worker with large traumatized communities while living in the Middle East and Africa. His observations and explorations led him to understand that this natural shaking response to stress appears to be the body’s own built in system for quieting the brain and calming the body thus helping individuals to heal from chronic stress and trauma.

TRE has helped thousands of people across the globe including: veterans, emergency responders, medical professionals, corporations, stressed out families and anyone interested in creating greater psychological and physiological resiliency.
